In 2002, a commercial relationship was created between FIPAL Sfax and QUALI Industries Belgium which is represented and managed by MR. KRISTOF DECUYPERE, the purpose of this relationship is the distribution of QUALI products in Tunisia.

The brand has recorded a good reputation in terms of quality but successive increases in the price of petroleum had created distribution disruptions on the Tunisian market.

To continue serving customers of the QUALI brand, the idea was imposed for the creation of a lubricants mixing and packaging unit in Tunisia to reduce production costs (packaging, labor, etc.) and this to ensure commercial stability.

In 2007, a Tuniso-Belgian company was created by the alliance of the two companies FIPAL and QUALI Industries which aims to manufacture lubricants of all kinds under the technical control of QUALI Industries Belgium which also took charge of the supply. permanent in raw materials.

The Tunisian QUALI product is omnipresent on the Tunisian market and some international markets.

The QUALI brand has continued to demonstrate its leadership qualities in the scientific and technological sectors but also in terms of innovation, thus offering a complete range of products meeting all types of needs.

FQI does not stop by its means to promote the QUALI brand. Quality products deserve first class service both before, during and after delivery.

At FQI, the quality (of products or services) is meticulously supervised. Offering high quality products at a well thought out price is the philosophy of the company.

FQI is equipped with a team of technicians with knowledge of lubrication, integrated into an efficient and dynamic distribution network ensuring:

  • The right choice of lubricants suitable for any climate.
  • Advice and technical support to customers.
  • Free technical training (by our technical service or even by Belgian engineers).
  • Solving lubrication problems.
  • Wide storage possibilities guaranteeing fast and continuous delivery.
  • Analyzes necessary by our laboratories in Tunisia and Belgium to verify the performance at several stages and when necessary in order to be able to extend the spaces between oil changes.
