Since 2002, a strategic collaboration has been established between FIPAL Sfax and QUALI Industries Belgium, led by Mr. Kristof Decuypere. The main objective of this alliance was to distribute QUALI lubricants on the Tunisian market, offering recognized quality motor oils throughout the country.
In response to the fluctuations in oil prices that impact the stability of distribution, an innovative solution emerged: the creation of an industrial unit for blending and packaging lubricants in Tunisia. This initiative helped reduce production costs while ensuring a continuous supply and strengthening local industrial autonomy.
In 2007, this vision was realized with the foundation of FQI (FIPAL-QUALI Industries), a Tunisian-Belgian company dedicated to the industrial manufacturing of lubricants under the rigorous technical control of QUALI Industries Belgium. Thanks to its expertise and commitment to innovation, FQI has managed to establish its brand in the industrial landscape, meeting the demands of the automotive and industrial sectors. Today, the QUALI brand is ubiquitous on the Tunisian market and is exported to several countries, reflecting its growing reputation and impact in the lubricants industry.
