Since 2002, a strategic collaboration has emerged between FIPAL Sfax and QUALI Industries Belgium, led by Mr. Kristof Decuypere. The primary objective of this alliance was to distribute QUALI lubricants in the Tunisian market, providing high-quality engine oils recognized across the country.
In response to oil price fluctuations affecting distribution stability, an innovative solution became necessary: the establishment of a blending and packaging unit for lubricants in Tunisia.
